We take pride in, when available, buying our ethical and local produce from Broxburn Farm in Lethbridge. Our efforts are also to buy as many proteins and other menu items as possible and feasible from BC and Canada.

The majority of our sauces, dressings, marinates and menu items have some type of onion associated with it. Onions cannot always be separated from the menu, without losing other items as they are in most cases mixed together.
We are using Sesame Seeds in our Fish batter – there might be a residue of Sesame Seeds in the Deep Fryer.
